Companies with IMMEX and/or PROSEC programs must submit the Annual Report on Foreign Trade Operations (“Annual Report”) for the operations carried out during 2022.
The deadline to submit the Annual Report for companies is as follows:
- For companies that only have PROSEC: April 28, 2023.
- For companies that have an IMMEX program: May 31, 2023.
- For companies that have both programs: April 28, 2023.
Please note that the programs will be automatically suspended if the Annual Report is not filed on time.
