Tijuana, Mexico, February 17, 2020 – Raul Escamilla-Sanroman joins TP Legal Group as a partner in their Tijuana office in order to expand the real estate practice of the firm. This strategic union responds to the need to have a greater number of specialists in real estate, to help the firm’s clients face the challenges in these matters.
Prior to joining TP Legal Group, Raul was an associate at Baker McKenzie for the last 13 years, where he specialized in real estate and corporate law. His experience includes the constitution and operation of condominiums, the formation of real estate trusts, negotiations of shelter and shelter phase-outs, and the development of real estate projects for manufacturing, hotel and tourism, commerce and services, mining, agriculture, and renewable industry projects.
Raul is a member of the National Association of Corporate Attorneys, Bar Association (ANADE), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the U.S. Mexican Bar Association.
